The oat kernels are steamed, rolled and processed before passing over a .40mm sieve to remove the bran. A fine ground oat product commonly used as an ingredient within extruded breakfast cereals and snack foods. Oat flour can also be used in the production of oat milk drinks, crackers, breads, cakes and pastries. This oat flour is an excellent source of whole grains and can be used in many baking recipes.
