Tempeh is made from cooked and slightly fermented Certified Demeter Biodynamic soybeans and formed into a patty, similar to a very firm veggie burger. A nutritious vegan food, cholesterol free, low in fat and calories, high in protein and fibre. Seasoned with Tamari and Corriander.
