Brown Rice Flour Can be used as a substitute for wheat flour in many recipes, including pastries, pancakes and cookies. It is also great for dusting bread loaves or coating diced dried fruit to prevent sticking.
Organic Brown Rice can be used in shortbread recipes, to make sauces, noodles, to coat food, cereals and desserts. It must be mixed with gluten-rich flour to make a yeast-raised bread and tends to produce crumbly baked goods when used alone, although this can be helped with egg replacer.
