This Organic Buckwheat Flour is made from certified organic, milled buckwheat kernels. Lightly sieved to create a fine powder, no further refinement or bleaching is done.

Organic buckwheat flour is an excellent wheat flour alternative for baking pancakes, waffles, crepes, biscuits and pasta products. Buckwheat flour can be mixed with other gluten-rich flours to make bread. Organic buckwheat flour can be used in many recipes for extra nutrition and flavour. For baking bread, a maximum of half of the flour should be buckwheat flour. Ideally buckwheat flour should be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator to retain its freshness.
