Fruity, floral and very pretty!
Pairing wild foraged Australian Native Davidson Plums, collected continually and added to an ongoing fermenting mix, along with dried organic rose petals!
Simply pour 20ml over ice, add 200ml soda water & top with fresh mint to serve. Spike with gin if so inclined!
INGREDIENTS: Davidson plum (davidsonia jerseyana), organic raw sugar, white chardonnay vinegar, rose petal, wild lemon myrtle (backhousia citriodora).
