This wheat-free Self Raising flour has been blended to be suitable for use in most recipes that require wheat flour. This natural free-flowing mix of maize, tapioca and rice flour already contains rising agents and ready to use in all areas of cooking and baking where self-raising flour is called for. Wheat Free Self Raising Flour has a subtle flavour and aroma similar to wheat and is a pale cream colour. It contains no artificial additives or preservatives and is non-GMO.
This is a versatile and conveniently pre-blended Wheat Free Self raising Flour that can be used for baking or whenever all-purpose, self-raising flour is required. Simply substitute equal amounts of this flour as the original recipe for self-raising wheat flour, or use as directed in wheat-free recipes.
