A mix used to make falafels – with spices added. Simply mix 1 cup water with 1 cup of falafel mix, wait 20 minutes, roll mix into falafel balls and deep fry them in hot oil until golden brown.
Serve with your favourite vegan yoghurt sauce, and maybe a dash of chilli. Pop into a pita or wrap or simply enjoy with a bowl of fresh salad. For something different prepare the recipe as above then add 2 cups of grated cauliflower and a little more water if the mix is crumbly. Cook as above.
